Thank you to everyone who attended last weekend's Ryōi Shintō-ryū Jūjutsu (良移心当流 柔術) seminar in Kemsing, Kent, U.K..
We worked with the 'Sho Mokuroku' (初目録) techniques in some depth, examining the application of 'Suri' (摺) compression to facilitate striking 'Ate-waza' (当技).
In relation to stiking, we also looked at the anatomy and medical implications of 'kyūsho' (急所) attacks and how we could utilise multiple vectors to make them and locking techniques (逆技) even more effective.
